These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DIGI, the wallet mini app ("DIGI", "the App") operated by Digital Era Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using DIGI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Nature of the service

DIGI is a software interface (mini app) that provides access to functionality already available in the blockchain ecosystem and in third-party applications. DIGI is not a centralized exchange, bank, custodian, broker, financial advisor, or liquidity provider. We only make tools available for you to interact with industry-standard protocols, aggregators, and official services through your own wallet.

2. Non-custodial wallet

DIGI does not custody, control, or manage your digital assets on your behalf. Private keys, recovery phrases, Secret Hash, FID, and other credentials remain your responsibility and that of the wallet providers you choose (e.g., World App, MetaMask, or others). You are solely responsible for securing your credentials, devices, and backups. Any loss of access, theft, or unauthorized use arising from how you manage your keys is exclusively your responsibility.

3. Third-party services and integrations

Many DIGI features are executed through smart contracts, aggregators, bridges, and protocols operated by independent third parties, including —without limitation— swap routers and aggregators, decentralized liquidity protocols, lending markets, cross-chain bridge services, fiat ramp providers, and World App / World Chain ecosystem infrastructure. These services have their own terms, privacy policies, risks, and rules. By using them through DIGI, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms of those third parties. DIGI does not operate or control those protocols and does not guarantee their availability, security, or legality in your jurisdiction.

4. Swaps, quotes, and on-chain execution

Quotes displayed in DIGI are estimates obtained at the time of request from aggregators or on-chain pools. Prices may vary due to slippage, network fees (gas), protocol fees, integration fees, available liquidity, network delays, or RPC provider failures. DIGI does not guarantee that the displayed quote will match the final transaction outcome. A swap may fail, revert, execute partially, or complete at a rate different from the estimate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Era Labs is not liable for failed swaps, incorrect quotes, losses from slippage, MEV, front-running, routing errors, or any difference between the estimated and received amount.

5. Fees and charges

Transactions may be subject to network fees (gas), third-party protocol fees, aggregator fees, and, where applicable, service fees configured in the App. Applicable fees are shown or may be deducted according to the specific flow. You are responsible for reviewing amounts before confirming any operation.

6. No financial advice

Nothing in DIGI constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Information, APYs, prices, metrics, or educational content is provided for informational purposes only. You independently decide whether to interact with digital assets and assume all associated risks, including volatility, illiquidity, smart contract risk, local regulations, and total loss of capital.

7. User risks and responsibility

By using DIGI, you acknowledge and accept that: • Cryptocurrencies and digital assets carry high risk. • On-chain transactions are generally irreversible. • Smart contracts may contain bugs or be exploited. • External providers may cease operations or change terms without notice. • You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations in your country or region. Any financial loss arising from use of the App or connected services is, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the user's sole responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Era Labs, its founders, employees, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, funds, tokens, access, or reputation, arising from the use or inability to use DIGI or third-party services accessible through the App. DIGI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quote accuracy, or error-free operation.

9. Third-party trademarks and intellectual property

Third-party trademarks, logos, trade names, and brand identifiers that may be displayed or referenced in DIGI are the property of their respective owners. Any reference is for informational purposes to identify integrated services. DIGI is not sponsored, endorsed, or officially affiliated with those owners unless expressly stated otherwise. The DIGI name, brand, and Digital Era Labs proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue DIGI features at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, regulatory compliance, security, or product improvement. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

11. Acceptable use

You agree to use DIGI lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing use is prohibited, as is attempting to compromise App security, reverse engineering for unlawful purposes, or using DIGI for activities prohibited by applicable law.

12. Contact and governing law

For questions regarding these Terms, contact our team through the official support channels listed in the App (for example, the DIGI Telegram community). These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your jurisdiction.

By using DIGI you confirm that you understand you interact with digital assets and decentralized protocols at your own risk, that Digital Era Labs does not custody your funds, and that the App acts as an access layer to official services and recognized industry standards in the blockchain ecosystem.
