Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Era Labs ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use DIGI, the DIGI website, and related support channels. DIGI is a non-custodial wallet interface: we do not hold your keys or funds.
1. Who we are
DIGI is operated by Digital Era Labs. This policy covers the marketing website, documentation, and the DIGI wallet mini app ("the App"). For questions, contact us through the official DIGI Telegram community listed on this site.
2. What we do not collect
DIGI does not custody, store, or have access to your private keys, recovery phrases, Secret Hash, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. Those credentials stay on your device and with the wallet provider you choose (for example World App, MetaMask, Home Wallet, or another connected EOA). We cannot restore lost keys or reverse on-chain transactions.
3. Information we may process
Depending on how you use DIGI, we may process limited technical and support information, such as: • Website and docs usage needed to serve pages (for example IP address, browser type, and request logs held by our hosting provider). • Language preference stored in your browser (locale cookie) so the site can remember English or Spanish. • Messages you send to us on official support channels (for example Telegram), including whatever you choose to share in a support request. We do not use this information to take custody of assets or to sign transactions on your behalf.
4. Wallet connections and on-chain data
When you connect a wallet, the App runs in your browser or host mini-app and talks to public blockchains and RPC providers. Wallet addresses, balances, and transactions are public on-chain data. DIGI reads that data to show your portfolio and to prepare transactions that you must confirm in your own wallet. Sensitive app routes are designed to fail closed without a verified session. Sessions are for product access, not for silent signing. Copilot and automations never sign for you.
5. Third-party services
DIGI integrates with independent services that have their own privacy policies, including wallet hosts (World App, Farcaster, Coinbase / Base App), RPC and node providers, swap aggregators, bridges, and DeFi protocols. When you use those features, those parties may process wallet addresses, transaction data, or device information according to their terms. This website may be hosted by infrastructure providers that process technical logs to operate the site. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Retention
Hosting and support records are kept only as long as needed to operate the site, handle a support request, meet legal obligations, or protect the service. On-chain history is public and is not something we can delete from the blockchain.
8. Your choices and rights
You can stop using DIGI at any time, disconnect wallets, and delete site cookies from your browser. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you (for example a support conversation). Contact us via the official Telegram channel with a clear request. We may need to verify that the request is legitimate before acting on it.
9. Children
DIGI is not directed at children. Do not use the App or submit personal information if you are not allowed to use crypto products under the laws that apply to you.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website or App after an update means you have read the revised policy.
By using DIGI you understand that Digital Era Labs does not custody your keys or funds, that blockchain activity is public, and that third-party wallets and protocols apply their own privacy terms when you use them through DIGI.
