Home Wallet (formerly DIGI Wallet) lets you send and receive tokens from the Wallet tab. Before you start, check which network is active in Settings - World Chain, Base or Ethereum. Tokens sent on the wrong network may never arrive.
1) Open Settings and confirm the active network matches where the recipient expects funds. 2) Make sure you have enough balance for the amount plus network fees. 3) On World App, keep a small WLD buffer when gasless fees apply. 4) Double-check the recipient address (and any memo/tag if sending to an exchange).
Open the Wallet tab → Send → pick the token and amount → paste or scan the address → review the fee → confirm in your wallet. Wait for the confirmation screen. Do not send the same payment twice while a transaction is still pending.
Open Wallet → Receive → copy your address or show the QR. Tell the sender to use the same network you have selected in Home Wallet. If they send from another chain, your funds will not appear in this balance.
Same network? Correct address? Enough for fees? Confirmed in wallet? If something fails, open the Troubleshooting article and keep your transaction hash ready for support.
