I have trouble sending funds or my transaction failed
Most issues relate to fees, wrong network, insufficient balance or wallet confirmation. Try the steps below before contacting support via the headset icon.
Transaction pending for a long time
Depending on network traffic, a transfer or bridge can stay pending for a while — in busy periods it may take up to 24 hours to complete. Wait and refresh your history; do not send the same payment twice unless you are sure the first attempt failed. If after 24 hours the funds still have not arrived, contact support and include the transaction hash.
Simulation or transaction failed
Ensure you have enough tokens for the amount plus fees on the correct chain. On World Chain inside World App, keep a small WLD buffer for gas. Lower the amount and try again.
DigiWallet: asked to pay gas but I still have free transactions
DigiWallet includes up to 50 subsidized (gas-free) transactions every 24 hours. If the app says you can continue but must pay the network fee yourself — and you have not used all 50 free transactions today — DIGI's shared gas pool is temporarily empty. This is not your personal daily limit: the platform ran out of ETH to sponsor fees at that moment. You can still complete the operation by paying gas from your wallet, or wait 24–48 hours for the pool to refill and subsidized gas to work normally again. If you already used your 50 subsidized transactions in the last 24 hours, the notice is expected: after that, you pay network fees until the window resets.
Sending to an exchange, another wallet or network
Verify the destination supports the network and token you are sending (World Chain, Base or Ethereum). Copy the exact deposit address and any required memo or tag. Cross-network bridges and exchange deposits can remain pending during congestion — allow up to 24 hours. If nothing arrives after 24 hours, confirm compatibility with the recipient platform and contact support with your tx hash.
